We’re in need of a self-starter with a balance of both analytical and creative skills to take charge of user acquisition and retention initiatives. You will be an integral part of our close-knit marketing team, and you will work alongside our design and development teams.


  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, press releases and podcasts)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Liaise with Marketing and development and design teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used
  • Work to develop and maintain annual budget and monthly forecasts
  • Acquire new partnerships with affiliates and maintain the performance of listings
  • Ensure that the brand message is consistent
  • Actively manage time while working on a variety of tasks
  • Successful execution of SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Suggest/implement marketing efforts based on web analytics and use of digital ads (Google Adwords, Facebook ads, etc.)
  • Partner with the Growth team to create/implement marketing strategies to drive higher trial conversion rates

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience as a Digital marketing specialist
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook ads, social media, and web analytics
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience executing paid social media campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of content management systems
  • Create reports based off Google Analytics
  • Creating & implementing Google AdWord campaigns
  • Knowledge with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
