On April 2, 2020, we received a report from an external source that there was a system vulnerability in our Backlog Online Community.

Due to this vulnerability, the following Backlog Online Community information could have been viewed by an outside source:

• Username
• Email address registered in the community
• User icon, if set

We have fixed the vulnerability and confirmed that no other information was put at risk. We will report on this issue within the community later.

Please note that this incident does not affect any of Nulab’s product services, including Backlog, Cacoo, and Typetalk.
