Issue Type

Summary of Issue Type

Type of issue. Users can add types for each project. The following issue types are available as a default for new projects.

Bug : problems, bugs, defects, etc.
Task : tasks, to-do, etc.
Request : requests, questions, etc.
Misc : other types than above

Edit Issue Type

Accessing "Edit Issue Type" will show this page with list of issue types.

Permissions to edit types are given to "Administrator" and "Normal User".

Add Issue Type

When you click "Add Issue Type", a page to add issue type will be shown.

After entering Issue Type name and selecting Background color, please press "Submit".

Edit Details of Issue Type

Clicking Issue Type you want to edit, a page to edit issue type will be shown.

After entering Issue Type and selecting Background color, please press "Submit".

Delete Issue Type

You can delete Issue Type by clicking button next to Issue Type.

If there are issues with the Issue Type you are trying to delete, "Deletion and putting substitution of issue type" window will pop up. Please select substitute Issue Type before deleting the Issue Type.
