Being an Administrator for any app isn’t easy. Aside from keeping members up-to-date, you also have tons of settings to manage to keep your team happy. We appreciate all that our Backlog, Cacoo, and Typetalk Administrators do, and we like when we can make things simpler. That’s why we just released the redesigned Nulab Account site and introduced some handy new features for managing your team members efficiently.
Viewing your members
First of all, check out the updated Member view to see a summarized list of all your teams and members along with their roles and privileges.
To view all members of a given team, just search for and select a team from the left-hand menu.
Updating multiple members
Now you can update your team’s settings faster than ever by selecting multiple members at once. Simply check the box next to each member’s name you want to update and click ‘Apply’. You can update the teams they belong to, their roles and privileges, or delete users in bulk from your organization.
Create a new team from selected members
Previously, you need to first create a team before you could start adding members. Now, you can select multiple members and click “+ Create a team from selection” to create the new team and add those selected members instantly.
We also improved searching for members. You can search current and pending members by name, email address, or user ID in the search box in the top-right search box of the Member page.
