Big improvements for Backlog’s issue description editor

We update Backlog every 2 or 3 weeks, and we’d like to introduce you to the latest changes. For this release, we focused on the issue description editor.

Improved issue description editor

Now, when you’re writing a list and type the ‘enter’ key, a new line in list format will appear automatically.

Using the ‘tab’ and ‘shift + tab’ keys will change the depth of the nested list item.

We also added a button to insert checklists on the toolbar.

Other updates

We’ve also made it possible to send a webhook when a milestone is changed. Changing via the API has not been released yet but will be in the near future.

And we fixed several bugs and made other small improvements.
