Backlog officially releases new UI

As we previously announced, the Backlog team has been working on a complete overhaul of the application’s UI to modernize its usability features and design.

We’re proud to announce that the new UI has been officially released and, as of April 7th, is now the official design of the Backlog app.

We’ve simplified our navigation, placed items of greatest importance where you’re most likely to see and use them, and taken a more minimalist approach design.

AI comes to Backlog with its new Issue Summaries feature

Operations are quicker and easier to use.

We’ve consolidated screen transitions and reduced the effort it takes to complete an action. You’ll spend less time putting information into Backlog, and more time doing your actual work.

It has a fresh look and feel.

Simply designed, clear pages with beautiful graphics give you the modern experience you expect from a powerful application like Backlog. Looks may not be everything, but they sure make work more fun!
