Introducing the Backlog Community
We wanted to create a space for users to gather, share advice, ask questions, learn new things, and grow professionally. What better way to use Backlog to bring people together than to create a community just for them? We’re proud to announce the launch of the Backlog Community.
Who do we hope joins?
We want Backlog users and potential users who are passionate about collaboration. Anyone who wants to enhance their use of Backlog, improve collaboration on their team, and engage with like-minded creators has a place in the Backlog Community.
What’s our vision?
We hope to connect users who are in need of help and guidance with users who have valuable experience and expertise to share. Rather than simply having community managers answer questions, we want members to actively talk to each other, build relationships, and support one another.
Users can chat about best project management practices, ask advice about challenges they’re facing on their teams, seek feedback on projects, share tips and resources, and anything else relevant to making collaboration better for Backlog users everywhere.
When you’re a Backlog user, you’re part of our community. We want to enhance that belonging and identity.
How are we organizing things?
We have various topics across different categories for people to start conversations in. Here are the categories we’re starting with:
- Tips & Tricks
- Feature Requests
- Product Updates
- Ask & Answer
- General Discussion
- Announcements
Within each category, you’ll see new topics added every week. And our team will be there every step of the way to help drive engagement, connect people, and cultivate a positive community.
