Connecting your Nulab Account with Nulab services
Good day everyone. As you all know, we have launched our single sign-on service, Nulab Account, back in February this year. Today, for those who are not familiar with using the Nulab Account, I will be taking you through some simple steps to connect this service with your Backlog, Cacoo and Typetalk accounts.
In order to start using Nulab Account, head over here and register for one in a few simple steps.
Connecting your Nulab Account to Nulab Services
Once you’ve obtained your very own Nulab Account, you can choose which Nulab services you would like to connect it with. Connecting your accounts is very simple. In this example, I will be connecting my Backlog account to my Nulab account.
- Log in to your Backlog account
- Find [Personal Settings] in the top right corner
- Click [Nulab Account Settings]
- Click [Connect to Nulab Account]
- Click [Allow] when Backlog asks for authorization to connect your Nulab Account.
Please note that before you connect your Backlog, Cacoo or Typetalk account, you need to be logged in to your Nulab Account.
Disconnecting your Nulab Account
Should you wish to disconnect your account from your Nulab Account, simply follow these steps:
- Log in to your Backlog Space
- Find [Personal Settings] in the top right corner
- Click [Nulab Account Settings]
- Click [Disconnect Nulab Account]
Similarly on Cacoo, connecting to your Nulab account can be done in a few simple steps as follows:
- Log In to your Cacoo Account
- Click [Settings] in the top navigation bar
- In the [Account Setting] tab, click [Connect] with Nulab Account
- Click [Connect this Cacoo Account to Nulab account]
- Lastly, Click [Allow] when Cacoo asks for authorization to connect your Nulab Account
And, to disconnect your Cacoo account from your Nulab account:
- Log in to your Cacoo account and find [Settings] in the top navigation bar (note: if you are logged in to Cacoo with your Nulab account, you will need to first sign out and log in again with your Cacoo account information. Otherwise, the message [Unable to disconnect this service] will be displayed.)
- Click [Disconnect].
