Administrators can export member and topic lists
The more your organization grows, the harder it is to keep track of everyone using your Typetalk services. Team members leave. New ones come in. Some people change teams or roles and need different permissions. You may also have freelance contractors who need limited access to your services.
With all this activity happening, you need a simple way to manage members and prevent company accounts from being clogged with ghost users.
Export members and topics for faster auditing
Organization administrators requested easier management of topics and members, and we listened. We have released the export member list and export topic list features to help you get the most value out of your account.
Organization administrators can now export a list in CSV format to make it easier to regularly organize members and topics using spreadsheets such as Excel or Google Sheets.
With this feature, you can quickly remove people who are no longer with your organization so that your Typetalk subscription accurately reflects the number of active users. You’ll also find it easier to ensure the right team members have administrator access.
And as for topics, exporting a list provides the perfect opportunity to sort through and archive or delete topics that are no longer in use.

Note: Exporting the topic list is supported only on the standard plan (not available on the Free plan).
