Eyes feeling weary from so many bright apps? Dark mode is here!

We all know that bright computers are hard on the eyes after a while, especially if you’re regularly cranking out code late into the night. And it makes sense that so many computer workers, not just developers, are coming to rely on dark app environments to help ease the long hours. To that wit, we are introducing our own dark mode to Backlog. Rest your weary eyes!

Backlog’s dark mode

Backlog now supports light and dark mode options for both web* and mobile apps. By default, Backlog is in light mode, but you can easily switch to dark mode from your Personal Settings page.

*Note: Dark mode appearance function is not available in IE 11.

How to switch to dark mode

To manage your Backlog appearance,

1. Go to Personal Settings, User Information tab
   
2. In the Appearance section, select “Dark”
   
   
3. Click “Submit” to apply the changes
