How it works
Cacoo’s Media Finder is a user-friendly tool that puts everything you need at your fingertips. Here are some of the new features: Search for media: Simply open the Media Finder from the new Media Tool icon and search for any image, GIFs, or icon of your choosing. The results will instantly appear as a gallery-style mosaic, and the same search term applies across all tabs (GIFs, icons, images) if you switch between them. Insert with a click: Found the perfect visual? Simply click on it, and it’ll be added directly to your canvas. No need to worry about extra steps like downloading or switching between tabs.
Getting started with Media Finder
Using the Media Finder in Cacoo is straightforward:
Open any diagram in your Cacoo workspace
Access your existing projects or create a new diagram.
Click on the Media Finder icon in the toolbar
Find it in the main toolbar alongside other drawing tools.
Browse or search for images in your library
Filter by tags, recent usage, or keywords to find what you need.
Drag and drop images directly into your diagram
Place and resize images exactly where you need them.
Set access permissions for shared assets
Combine with password protection for sensitive visuals.
For Team Plan users, Media Finder integrates with password protection to create a complete media management solution that balances accessibility with security.
